The Wellbeing Team based at the Anchor wellbeing center consists of: the dual diagnosis clinical service and mindful pathways psychological team, which offer group based therapy. The clinical team has two Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Psychotherapists trained in CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), mindfulness interventions, EMDR (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing) Auricular Acupuncture and a highly experienced Senior Support Worker with extensive knowledge in housing benefit and debt management. All have a berth of experience and knowledge in working with people suffering from mental health and addiction problems (dual diagnosis), the team works on an appointment bases an offers individual one to one sessions to adults 18 to 65.
Mindful Pathways consists of psychologists and psychotherapists trained in mindful based approaches and offers clinically recognized and NICE guidelines approved, programs to help people suffering from stress, anxiety and depression. Mindful Pathways is trained to delivery these programs to both adults and children
