ActivBadminton (for beginners and improvers)

This is a weekly session delivered by ActivLives as part of our ActivSport programme. This is not a club session - any adult is welcome to come along to try this great sport. We do not operate a joining or membership fee and we don't play competitively (fixtures/leagues etc).

The session is led by a Badminton England qualified Coach and includes warm up activities, skills practices and plenty of games. This is a very relaxed and non-threatening way to get involved with the great sport of badminton.

No previous experience of the game is required. We are always looking for new participants, so please come along and give it a go!

Rackets and shuttles are provided, just wear comfortable sports clothing and a pair of indoor trainers/gym shoes. This session includes refreshments.
