Emma Smith BSc (Hons) Psychotherapeutic Counsellor & EFT & The Human Toolbox Practitioner

Welcome, I am a fully qualified Integrative Counselling Therapist. my approach to counselling is a very open one, I tailor the work with what my clients need at the time. Counselling is an opportunity for personal growth and self development. My approach emphasises developing self awareness within a safe, supportive environment to help you discover the path in life that is best for you. I work on both a short term and long term basis with adults only.
I know taking the first steps to seeking therapy is not always an easy decision, but I hope to make this process as comfortable as I can for you. Along with my private practice I also assist at local hospices and Cruse working with Bereavement & Loss and charity work in Domestic Abuse.
If you choose to contact me, we will first arrange for an initial consultation session where you can tell me what you are seeking counselling for. We can have some time to explore the issue and you can ask any questions that may be on your mind. If you decide to go ahead with therapy we can arrange the following sessions.
