E.P.I.C. Dad (Fathers and Families Project)

EPIC stands for Encourager - Provider - Instructor - Carer, these are 4 key roles of a father or father-figure we want to celebrate and encourage through the project.  The aims of the E.P.I.C. Dad Project are to support men, empower fathers, and transform families through a variety of groups and activities for dads and male-carers, dads and children, and the whole family.

Our regular activities include:

Who Let the Dads Out? (Dads and Children's Club)

Second Saturday of every month at 10am to 12noon (including bacon rolls, crafts, games and toys for children of all ages).

Meeting at Abundant Life Church (Back Street, Lakenheath)

Time Out for Dads (Social and Support Group for Dads and Male-Carers)

Last Thursday of every month at 7 to 9pm (including food, games, and time to chat about 'dad stuff').

Meeting at Abundant Life Church (Back Street, Lakenheath)

Dads Drop-In (Breakfast Café for Dads and Male-Carers)

Fridays (term-time) at 9 to 10:30am (including toast, fresh coffee, donuts, and a time to chat with other dads. Younger children are also welcome as toys are available).
