Whitton has a comprehensive fitness class programme (see our website for details). Our full list of facilities and activities are as follows: Main Sports Hall (suitable for a range of sports including badminton, table tennis, trampolining, roller-skating, netball, basketball and five-a-side football. It is also suitable for non-sporting events, social functions, children's parties, seminars, conferences and exhibitions). Community Room, Squash Court, Lounge, Profiles Fitness Suite (Features the latest variable resistance single station equipment and computer graphics cardiovascular equipment for an all-round workout), Snooker Room, a floodlit cycle speedway track, outdoor sports pitches, Outdoor Bowls Green, Astro Turf Pitch, and 50+ Sports sessions. Also a number of activities are available specifically for ladies only - including aerobics, LBT, badminton, short tennis, squash and racket ball. A Crèche is available for all daytime classes. Those with a disability are encouraged to participate in all areas of the centre's programme, in addition to this, a number of activities including Armchair Exercise, Stretch & Relax, Whitton Disabled Bowls Club and supervised Profiles sessions are available specifically for those with a disability.
