Woodbridge Day Nursery

Out of School Care
General Details

Woodbridge Day Nursery will open on the 1st of September 2021 offering the community full day care for children aged 2, 3 and 4 years of age, 52 weeks per year, from 07.30 am - 6.00 pm.

We are a versatile team of eleven with many years experience as well as a vast accumulated wealth of knowledge.

We are lucky to have a very large space both indoors and outdoors with a wide range of resources and equipment. We have a home corner, reading corner, maths, literacy, art and design,  small world, construction and science and investigation areas, we also have sensory activities readily available, we also have daily song time/story time and regular dance and yoga activities.

We pride ourselves with great communication with Parent's to ensure children in our care are as happy, confident and independent as possible, we also use Tapestry for our online learning journeys, newsletters, and a daily care log available.

Breakfast is included for those children starting earlier, breakfast consists of toast, cereal, fresh fruit etc, we always welcome breakfast ideas from the children.

Children staying for our later afternoon sessions will be served a light tea followed by activities such as yoga and story time.

Our Pre school sessions are 9 am - 12 pm (with the option to stay an extra hour for lunch) and 12 pm - 3 pm, parents will be able to choose between sending a packed lunch for their child, or to book a 2 course hot lunch (£2 supplement) All Pre school sessions will run with a ratio of 1:3 (2 year olds) and 1:4 (3 and 4 year olds)

We accept 2 year old funding, 3 year old funding, 30 hour funding and stretched offer funding to enable flexibility for working parents.
