New Age Kurling and Boccia with ActivLives in Walton/Felixstowe
This is an activity session targeted at mature independent adults who would like to get a little more active physically and socially.
Two adapted sports are played, New Age Kurling: an adapted version of the Winter Olympic sport of Ice Curling and Boccia: a Paralympic sport that is played sitting down.
This session is ideal for older/mature adults who may find other sports difficult to get involved with. refreshments are provided during the session. This is not a club - new participants are always welcome.
