Children's Community Learning Disability Nursing Team - Behaviour Support

We offer a specialist service to families, carers and professionals which incorporates an holistic approach to meet the behavioural needs of children and young people with learning disabilities in the community.

We aim to help the individual and their family by providing specific, time-limited behaviour support interventions based on assessed need.

The work will be completed through the use of visits to the home, school/wider community, short break services, group work or clinic based appointments.
