Felixstowe Men's Shed

Men’s Sheds (or Sheds) are similar to garden sheds – a place to pursue practical interests at leisure, to practice skills and enjoy making and mending. The difference is that garden sheds and their activities are often solitary in nature while Men’s Sheds are the opposite. They’re about social connections and friendship building, sharing skills and knowledge, and of course a lot of laughter.

We share a small workshop space at Felixstowe Museum. We work on our own projects and also make and do things for the Museum and the local community.

Your first visit is free and includes free tea/coffee. After that we all pay a subscription of £1 per meeting to cover costs of beverages and we have an annual membership of £20/£10 concession once you decide to join. You may wish to bring a snack or lunch with you although there is a public cafe a short walk away.

You must be 18 years of age or over to attend.
