We are a secondary mental health service offering support to children aged 0 – 14years in East/West Suffolk which is appropriate for the service.

We offer a comprehensive assessment that looks at the holistic needs of the young child and their families by highly skilled practitioners.

We obtain information from all professionals involved in the care of the young persons to enable the best care and interventions to be offered.

We have direct and non direct interventions to ensure tailored packages of care are offered to the young person.

Referral to our sevice is via the Emotional Wellbeing Hub online via the Emotional Wellbeing Gateway or via phone  03456002090. Your GP or any professional can make this referral but you can also self-refer.

  • Support worker interventions We also offer workshops and groups if this is identified as part of the young persons plan.

What conditions do you treat?

Children aged of 0 – 14 year olds who have significant issues with Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), severe behavioural problems, low mood, self-harm, suicidal ideas, and other signs of considerable distress and difficulties functioning in daily life.

Age of service: Up to 13 years. Transfer to Youth Pathway Integrated Delivery Teams (IDT) occurs at 14 years of age as appropriate.

What support do you offer carers including friends and family?

Working closely with family or other carers is an essential part of our approach to treating children.
