Coronavirus Support

WE ARE OFFERING EMERGENCY TRANSPORT & FOR KEY WORKERS, LOCAL FOOD & MEDICATION DELVERIES

General Details

We have been providing services to the community of Suffolk for over 35 years. Our main services are community transport and mental health and family carer well-being services. We are based in both Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket although our services are delivered all across Suffolk.

Suffolk Carers Matter - is our family carers service, and is now a part of the BSEVC suite of services supporting the community. Currently we offer a support line with a referral route into other family carer support, access to counselling for family carers and respite and social activities for both family carers and the cared for. We also offer a "carers card" which can support family carers with access to priority queuing and proof of carers status (this is not regulated or officially recognised)

A new support service for older people in Suffolk from Monday 8th February 2021: Later Life Community Connect is a single point of access telephone support line for people aged 65+, between 10am – 2pm, seven days a week. Tel: 01284 334516
