Communities Together East Anglia (formerly BSEVC)

We have been providing services to the community of Suffolk for over 35 years. Our main services are community transport, family carer well-being services and Later Life Community Support. We are based in both Stowmarket although our services are delivered all across Suffolk.
Suffolk Carers Matter - is our family carers service, and is now a part of the Communities Together East Anglia suite of services supporting the community. Currently we offer a support line with a referral route into other family carer support, access to counselling for family carers and respite and social activities for both family carers and the cared for. We also offer a "carers card" which can support family carers with access to priority queuing and proof of carers status (this is not regulated or officially recognised)
A new support service, Later Life Community is a single point of access telephone support line for people aged 65+ in Suffolk, between 10am – 2pm, seven days a week. Tel: 01284 334516
