Alexander Technique

The technique helps to recognise habits that lead to poor posture. Recognise and prevent excess muscular tension. Play and perform music/sport with less strain and stress. Help prevent a back injury from re-occuring. The Alexander technique can also help during pregnancy by helping the mother to be cope with the weight of a growing baby and avoid pregnancy complaints such as backache, breathlessness and tiredness.
