Childminder

As a fully trained Ofsted registered Childminder, recently graded as 'Outstanding' in June 2015 and in January 2020, I can offer your child a safe and welcoming ’Home from Home’ setting.  

Children play and learn happily in a caring and stimulating environment, with the child's emotional needs extremely well met, along with a strong focus on each child, ensuring that all children make excellent progress and supporting them to be independent with a positive attitute to their learning.  

I have a fully stocked playroom, garden, sleep room and downstairs cloakroom. As a mother, I myself understand the need to provide safe and fun activities appropriate to each child’s age/stage of development. Therefore, children in my care benefit from a wide range of activities and regular outings each week including toddler groups, messy play, soft play, parks, library to name a few. I have a child friendly cat.  I offer a balanced diet of nutritious food including morning/afternoon snacks in addition to breakfast, lunch and a cooked tea if required. I have completed a Diploma in Childcare (Home-based), and fully insured holding certificates for First Aid, Safeguarding Children and Food Hygiene. I have my own transport with a clean driving licence. Hours can be flexible.
