Walsingham Court consists of 33 one bedroom self contained flats in the main block. 4 bungalows and 8 external flats within the grounds.

The scheme also has a communal lounge with television, computer for customers in the communal lounge, a dining area, laundry room hairdressers, kitchen, communal toilet, gardens and a guest room available for a small charge to friends and family who wish to visit.
