I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor working in the heart of Ipswich. I work with clients to explore feelings, emotions and behaviours that are difficult, or are causing you distress. We can work together to explore difficult things. This, in turn, can lead to greater insight, and greater confidence, self esteem, and happiness.

- The hub is close to local transport networks, including the bus station, which is a 5 minute walk away. There are local car parks very close by at The Spiral car park on Civic Drive.

The building is fully accessible, and there is a lift to the second floor where my consulting room is located.
