Suffolk Mind is a registered Charity committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of people across the region. We want to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health.
We offer a range of easy-to-access services. Find out more on our website. Through The Mental Health Toolkit, our workplace wellbeing training service, we also work with organisations to help them to create and sustain a positive work environment. We also provide supported housing accommodation.
