Hadleigh Parkside Pre-School
PreSchool
We are dedicated to giving the children the best care we can and helping them to achieve their potential.
Our early years leader, Mica Robinson and level 5 trained Early years practitioner Rhiannon Grimsey work closely with our children who are in their last year before school to get them 'school ready'. This is achieved using play based activities, following the children interests with activities that they enjoy and thrive, with the support from the staff to stretch their knowledge further.
We pride ourselves in providing stimulating and different activities. Activities that we undertake include the following:
cooking
going to the park
sports activities
craft activities
role play corner
small world play
visits to the market, and shops
messy play
and much more!
We are a fully inclusive pre-school and celebrate all our differences. We celebrate all festivals throughout the year and gain lots of knowledge to help us learn and explore these.
We offer a holiday club throughout all holidays apart from Christmas, open 8am-4pm. We aim to be as flexible as possible to support our local families individual needs, so get in touch to see if we can suit your needs.
We work closely with parents and welcome their input into their child's development, we provide activity packs for parents to take home to complete with their children, these ranges anything from topic sheets, story sacks, our mascot Parker bear, home library to practicing letters and number writing. We also welcome parents into the preschool to look at their children's learning journals and talk about how their child is getting on in general.
Being a registered charity, we hold fund raisers throughout the year, which are great to get involved in! We participate in a range of activities from coffee mornings, recycling clothes, Sensory mornings for 0-4 years, family fun days and seasonal fairs. All money raised goes directly back into the pre-school, helping us to provide new and exciting activities and resources.
Our opening times are 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. It is our aim to be as flexible as possible and accommodate you to suit. We hold Holiday clubs for 18 months-6years.
