Neurological Day Services at the The Chantry

The day service provides support for people living in the community with a neurological condition. Sue Ryder aim to provide person centred support to enable people to live well with their condition. Whether you have a neurological condition or a friend or family member who has, we are here to help. We are a nurse-led service with clinical expertise, and have been delivering services in Suffolk for nearly 20 years.

Anyone can enquire about accessing our services. Normally we hear from health care professionals but we welcome direct contact from individuals as well as other voluntary organisasions.
