Lavender Hall Kindergarten (HS)
Holiday Scheme
Conveniently located near to the business centre, we provide excellent care for children aged between 6 weeks to 8 years of age. Lavender Hall provides a happy, caring and stimulating environment, where children are encouraged to learn through play. We are dedicated to ensuring each individual child is happy and secure and believe this encourages development at their own pace whilst having fun. We carefully motivate the children to develop their intellectual social and physical skills at their own pace. Above all, our aim is for the child to be happy for it is in these circumstances that they truly shine and flourish. For further information or to arrange a visit please phone 01206 299511.

Local Offer
- Experience of including people with special educational needs and disabilities
Lavender Hall Kindergarten endeavous to provide a warm welcome to all our children and their families. We strive to promote an atmosphere where children can thrive in a stimulating learning environment, encouraged by our fully qualified staff team, to develop as individuals and reach their full potential. We work closely with local Primary Schools and Special Educational Needs Schools, with the aim to facilitate a smooth transition for children on to their next educational adventure. Staff members regularly attend training to expand their professional qualifications and will seek further training to be as inclusive as possible for all SENDs.
Lavender Hall provides and supports special educational needs and ensuring they are supported.
Our dedicated SEN co-ordinators are Kim Elford and Kathryn Deex's, they both hold all the operational policies which includes a broad balanced curriculum which provides the early identity of children's needs and well-being. We liaise and signpost and work with various practitioners within and outside the nursery. Parental involvement is adhered to when updating plans, resources and all general support. Training is accessible to all staff and updated with the support of the Principal. We accept all children/families with special needs at Lavender Hall. We exercise the rights of various diets, religions, cultures and see that all the children's needs are met, this includes disabled children with SEN.
