We offer care and support services in Woodbridge, Framlingham, Saxmundham and surrounding rural areas. Our services start from as little as 5 hours a week ( 1 hour a day Monday to Friday)  all the way to a full live in with a carer on site 24/7.

 Our experienced care team support people to live as independently as possible in their own home for as long as possible.

For anybody needing extra peace of mind and support we can offer a fully managed Live In Care service.It’s a perfect alternative to moving in to a care home.

No matter which level of help you need we offer the same quality management, with a dedicated team of Care Coordinators who can respond to any problems or concerns raised by the care team, a nurse led service providing advice when needed. In addition we have a Family App which allows families to log in and see when medication is given , what the care team have done and how their loved one is on any given day we visit.

We know that many people are unsure how live in care works but we believe it can be a completely liberating experience, offering flexibility and allowing life to be as normal as possible even when you need help for the basics.

What is Live in Care?

An experienced carer will move in to a spare room in your relatives home, providing full-time care and companionship.

Your relative will continue to enjoy their home comforts, including their beloved pets, garden, neighbours and social activities.

Live in Care also offers you peace of mind knowing that your relative is safe.

The extra help removes the daily struggles and will allow your relative to enjoy life again.

They will have someone there to help with their health and personal care whilst also undertaking those daily household tasks – such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.

Some other tasks a Live in Carer could help with are:

• Monitoring and supporting all aspects of health
• Support with medication
• Support with mobility
• Meal preparation
• Arranging and taking to appointments, such as Doctors, Dentist, Chiropodist, Hairdressers

Our live in care packages are bespoke and are completely built around the client, their needs, wants and wishes.

Once you have instructed us we will carry out an assessment of needs and set the foundations for the service. this will give us a much clearer picture of the type of carer required.
