Woodbridge Shufflers Running Club

General Details

Our aims are to encourage running and runners of all abilities and to raise money for charities (mainly local ones.)
Our main activities: Woodbridge Charity Round the Town 10km road race in May plus the Winter Cross Country league (one event hosted by us). Participation by individuals and teams in Suffolk (and other) events. No Junior Section.
Any one is welcome to come and run (but, ideally, you should to be able to jog for 30 minutes continuously before starting but contact us if unsure). If you find that what we offer suits you, then you may wish to become a club member after a few trial sessions. The Tuesday run will normally have coached activities. The Sunday run tends to be longer, less structured and is a run for pleasure at your own pace and risk.
