Ipswich Chamber Choir

Founded in 1984 by Martyn Bagnall, Ipswich Chamber Choir quickly established a name for itself as a result of the variety of music tackled and the quality of sound.

We offer the chance for younger people to enter an apprenticeship scheme.
We perform regularly.

In the 30 years since its debut, Ipswich Chamber Choir has established a reputation for the highest standard of performance.

The choir works with professional ensembles and soloists. Concert programmes range from Thomas Tallis to Edward Elgar.

We are a friendly choir pleased to collaborate with other groups, giving 2 - 3 concerts a year in churches in and around Ipswich. We employ a professional musical director, Christopher Barrett and Assistant Musical Director, Emma Haggar.
