Keep Moving Suffolk is a local campaign to keep people active in and around their own homes, in response to the Covid-19 virus. Our aim with ‘Keep Moving Suffolk’ is to inspire and encourage people to stay active, move or move more, by sharing ideas, tips, useful links and positive stories during these unprecedented times, using the hashtag #KeepMovingSuffolk. There are also helpful links for looking after your mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
BBC Arts have built a campaign called Culture in Quarantine to help people engage with arts and culture from their own homes.
#OurHouseToYourHouse - The Royal Opera House have a schedule of free broadcasts of ballet and opera which you can watch via Facebook or YouTube. Watch live, or anytime after the first broadcast.
Home is Where the Dance Is - Dance East are offering online classes via YouTube. You will need to sign up on their website to take part.
Board Game Arena - Learn new games or improve your skills at your favourite games, all at your own pace.
