Out and About Private Hire And Companion Service

Out & About is a new transport service available to residents of Felixstowe and the surrounding areas. We offer a Private Hire and companionship service with a real focus on independence and well being.  

Our vehicle is wheelchair accessible and able to carry either 4 passengers + 1 wheelchair user or 6 passengers (please note - if you require 5 passengers or more, you must book 24 hours in advance). Pre-booking is essential, please call 07421 774385 for more information.  

We can help you with all kinds of trips, from hospital and doctor's appointments to shopping and day trips, collecting the kids from school or taking a pet to the vets, attending weddings/funerals or even airports and longer runs, you'll be in safe hands. Your driver has a wealth of local knowledge.

Please ask if there is anything you would like more information on.   Your driver is trained in first aid, a dementia friend and is DBS checked, as well as being fully licensed and insured.   We offer a personalised service to meet your needs and ensure we take into consideration any special requirements you may have.   It's the little things that make us stand out, from door to door assistance to help putting the shopping away, we're here to support you and help you to get out and about.  

Typical working hours are:   0700 to 1900 Monday to Friday Saturday and Sunday: Closed*
