Woodcraft Folk - Ipswich Pioneers

General Details

Woodcraft Folk develops children's self confidence and awareness of the world, encouraging equality, friendship and co-operation. Weekly groups, weekend trips and summer camps are affordable and open to all. Outdoor activities, crafts, songs and games promote big ideas like sustainability and democracy. We are a national organisation and charity for children and young people.

We have recently set up a Pioneer group in Ipswich for children aged 9-12 years old and are looking to increase both our young members and volunteers.

We explore the social and natural world around us through a range of fun and co-operative activities, giving everyone the opportunity to learn and share new skills and interests.
