Age UK Suffolk: Information and Benefits Advice Service

The Age UK Suffolk Information and Advice Service provides information, advice and guidance to people aged 60+ and benefits advice to people who are of minimum State Pension Age.  Our service can help you access knowledge, support and practical help to let you live the life you choose. We can link you into other Age UK Suffolk services including befriending, activities for people with dementia , volunteering and much more.  We also provide domestic information through our helpline.

We will try to answer your questions over the phone and can send out leaflets, information guides and forms tailored to meet your needs. If we can’t answer your questions, we often know someone who can.

We hold regular advice surgeries and can offer appointments at our  Ipswich and Lowestoft Shops.  Please phone our helpline for further information.

For information on any aspect of life, from keeping healthy and active to staying safe on the internet – we have a huge amount of information available that we can tailor to meet your needs.
