Lifeline24 is a dedicated national Telecare provider that provides a low cost Telecare personal alarm service for anyone that is frail, elderly or disabled living in the United Kingdom.

Our emergency care team have recently been awarded Platinum status by the industry body, the Telecare Services Authority. This is their top rating and assures customers that they will receive the highest standards of care available.

We use the latest Lifeline Vi Alarm and MyAmie Pendant which was recently released by Tunstall, the leading UK manufacturer of telecare equipment. All customers receive a brand new Lifeline Vi Alarm unit and pendant with all necessary cables provided.

Our alarm service relies on your emergency contacts, or the emergency services, being able to access your home. Some customers choose to install a Key Safe to make this possible. Key Safes are a small secure box, that fits to an external wall of your property, which can be accessed by entering a unique code.

Great service
I ordered an alarm for my grand mother with dementia and that was definitely the right thing to do. The whole family feel less worried when we can't pop in to see her. Overall the service was great too, with super easy set up!

Received product on time, as expected. Instructions were very easy to follow. Setup as instructed, removing 3 telephones from the main BT socket, and reattaching as instructed. Tested the main device and made contact with the Lifeline Operator, and proceeded to test the pendant device in a couple of locations and while another phone had a ringtone. Operators are friendly and aware of who I was each time I tested, even though they were different Operators. Perfect

I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The operators are always very friendly even when I pressed my button by accident. I now feel safe in my own home.
