Felixstowe Area Stroke Support Group

We are a very friendly group giving stroke survivors and those affected by stroke the opportunity to meet and interact with each other.
Meeting together reduces isolation, improves communication, raises self confidence, helps to build bridges and increases friendships.
Our vision is to have a world where there are fewer strokes and all those touched by stroke get the help they need.

Great support Group Rated 5 out of 5
www.suffolktaichiacademy.uk We have just given a talk and demonstration of Tai Chi here. It is a lively group and well attended. Anyone recovering from a stroke would do themselves the power of good by using this resource. Ray Norris.
