
I will have a temporary part time space for a child over 1 year old as of January 2021. This temporary space is up until August 2021. The days I have available are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
I am married with two children, I have lived in Kesgrave for over 25 years. I attended Suffolk College and was awarded with the N.N.E.B. qualification in 1987. Since then I have up dated my qualifications gaining an N.V.Q., Certificate in Early Years, a Foundation Degree and in 2012 I was awarded a B.A. in Early Years through the Open UNiversity. I have experience in working with newborn babies to teenagers, during my time working in childcare. I have worked previously in Nuseries, playgroups, out of school clubs, as a childminder, nanny and maternity nurse. I am activity involved in Girl guiding and was also involved in Scouting for a number of years. My house contains a dedicated playroom on the ground floor, along with a down stairs cloak room. My playroom has many toys on offer, including construction, arts and crafts, role-play, a book corner, imaginative, and lots more. My garden is enclosed with a high fence. My garden equipment includes a sand pit, water table, sit and ride on vehicles, I am currently in the process of adding more equipment. I have the necessary statutory certificates in First Aid, Food Hygience and Safeguarding. I also have some knowledge of Maketon, PEC's and Autism.
my recent Ofsted inspection (September 2018) was rated Good, with an ‘outstand’ for children’s well-being.
