Open on all Sundays and Bank Holidays from May 29 until August 29. Opening times are 11am – 5pm. Trains typically run every 20 minutes on operating days, though this may vary for some special events.

The company administers the railway museum at Brockford Station telling the story of the Mid-Suffolk Light Railway that operated in rural Suffolk between Haughley and Laxfield from 1904 until 1952. There is a short demonstration railway line on which the company operates demonstration steam trains from time to time.
