Include, for Young Carers

General Details

Include: Supporting young carers and their families

The Include service run by the Children's Society is a national young carers initiative supporting children and young people who care for parents, siblings or others who suffer from chronic illness or disability.

If you are a young person after some advice and resources, or looking for how to connect with other young carers, you can find out more on the website. Advice and information includes the following:

  • Your rights and social change
  • Health advice and information
  • Well-being and mental health advice
  • Education advice
  • Staying safe on the internet
  • My Finances, My Future

You can also find out about the Young Carers festival, an annual event for young carers to have fun, unwind, make new friends and try new things. It's also a political platform for young carers to get their voices heard and influence change for young carers everywhere.
