Our friendly café in Ipswich town centre provides real jobs in a café setting, based on an individual's abilities. Start at a level right for you, build confidence to gain new skills.

Things you can do: Cooking, waiting tables, washing up, operating the till, meet and greet, making drinks, clearing tables, preparing food, Barista training, sandwich round.

For coffee and cake and a welcome break from shopping, you can find a very warm and friendly welcome in our café run by Realise Futures. Our café is in a truly unique venue inside the historic St Lawrence church with its incredible acoustics and the country's oldest working bells.

Realise Futures is a company operating across Suffolk and Norfolk combining commercial trade of products and services alongside work placements, employment and training opportunities. The primary aim of the business is to improve and promote the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled.

The company is organised in three departments, Learning, Coaching and Advice, Employment and RF Works (seven distinct social businesses). Together they provide professional and tailored opportunities that support people to enhance their lives.
