NAPAC is the National Association for People Abused in Childhood. We are a registered charity, based in the UK, providing support and information for people abused in childhood.
We believe that any abuse of children – whether physical, sexual, emotional or ritual, or the result of neglect – is damaging and wrong. Abuse in childhood can cause continuing harm to people as they grow up. Every individual has the right to leave the impact of childhood abuse behind, grow as a person and enjoy a happy and fulfilled adult life.
If you’re an adult who wants to talk about what you suffered in childhood, you can call our support line and we promise to keep what you tell us completely confidential.
NAPAC runs facilitated psycho-educational support groups for survivors of all types of childhood abuse, offering a unique opportunity to learn, connect and advance your recovery. We can also put you in touch with other organisations, have a range of resources, legal advice, and recovery tools to support you.
