Since 2006, Avican Support has built up experience spanning a wide area in the care sector. Generally, we specialise in supporting people who due to infirmity, require support within their own home to maintain their independence and achieve daily living expectations. Our services are generally available to both adults and young adults who live with learning difficulties, mental health issues, or dementia

Our office is located in Newmarket, Suffolk and our services are flexibly structured such that we are able to meet service users' needs within their home environment in the community. We provide Supported Living Services within the East Anglia regions. Through these, we provide a round the clock service which enables our highly trained staff that to offer assistance to individuals in maintaining their independence and accessing facilities as equal members of the community. As part of our wider operations, we also support our service users in gaining necessary employment skills, finance management, benefits processing and accessing education.

All our staff are compassionate, trained, referenced and undergo regular criminal record check. Compared to other organisations in the sector, our competitively priced services are focused on quality of service and sensitivity in achieving a positive outcome through individually-targeted service provision. In achieving this level of quality, we ensure that all our service provision processes are coordinated and managed by people who have been involved in front-line discharge of care themselves. Our management officers are not too shy to be recognised as carers, and get stuck-in service delivery wherever the need is identified.
