Outreach youth

Outreach youth championing young Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans*, Queer and Questioning (LGBT*Q+) people and their families, across Suffolk.

For 11 - under 18's we provide LGBT*Q+ Youth groups in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds - offering youth work opportunities to young LGBT*Q+ people - safe, supportive spaces to meet other young LGBT*Q+ people, plan and take part in activities, and LGBT*Q+ youth workers who can provide access to relevant advice, support and information.

Trans* Youth Online - our virtual Trans* youth group - connecting Trans* young people under 18 across Suffolk.

SOUL our project for people of colour from Suffolk's LGBT*Q+ community aged u-25 years - events, support and one-to-one meetings.

For 18 - 24 year olds we provide SPACE - a social group, chats, food, support

One to One support for young people who can't attend or don’t feel able to come along yet -this can happen in real life or online at times to suit.

Our Trans* Families group is a monthly meeting for parents and carers with Trans* or Non-Binary children.

OY LGBT*Q+ Social Action young person developed, led and evaluated social action programmes - strengthening local communities.

Training and support to statutory and voluntary sector partners.
