Age UK Suffolk: Welcome Home Service

The Welcome Home Service helps people to resettle at home after a stay in the West Suffolk Hospital. Patients from Papworth and Addenbrookes can also be supported if they live in the West of the county.  We give practical support such as shopping, cleaning and laundry. The service is offered for 2 weeks, up to a maximum of 6 weeks, dependent on need and is without charge to the client. We will also help people to access help from other appropriate Age UK Suffolk services or those of other agencies both satutory and voluntary.
