- Notes
Whilst learning valuable life skills young adults will be able to get a taste of the RAF, engage in adventurous activities both locally, and further afield. The activities are many and varied, our cadets have taken part in flying and gliding (in their own fleet of aircraft), climbing, kayaking, first aid training, camping, hill walking, community involvement, marksmanship and visits, and camps at RAF stations. Our cadets are part of the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme. These are but a few of the possibilities open to all our cadets.
