Exploring U Counselling (MBACP)
ExploringU Counselling is a multi award winning team, established in 2008 we offer professional (MBACP) counselling service, offering counselling to individuals and couples.
exploringU counselling has practices in Sudbury town centre, Castle Hedingham, 3 King Street. Halstead Essex.
We have qualified counsellors/psychotherapists, your therapy can commence within 24 hours.
We also have trainee counsellor's they are able to see you for a small donation to cover room hire. Our trainee counsellor's are on placement from their college or university, they need to offer counselling as part of their course criteria to gain counselling hours/experience to complete their training. They can help with:
Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Anger, Isolation, Sexual issues, Relationship issues.
Please note: our trainee counsellors do not give advice or tell you what to do.

You will not be placed on a waiting list to see one of our therapists.

- We do not have disabled access, the Sudbury practice has stairs, our Castle Hedingham practice does not.
