Child Bereavement UK helps children, parents and families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. 

 

We support children and young people up to the age of 25 who are facing bereavement, and anyone affected by the death of a child of any age. We offer free, confidential bereavement support by telephone, video or instant messenger, wherever you live in the UK.


You can find a range of short guidance films, animations of bereaved children, and downloadable, free resources which include advice on various bereavement-related topics, such as helping yourself through grief; returning to work after baby loss; and guides to help young children and young people understand and cope with loss - Child Bereavement UK
