I offer Therapeutic Coaching and Counselling as 1-2-1 sessions and in groups. I specialise in anxiety management and social phobias, but can work with anyone who needs support in personal growth or wellbeing.

This could be anything from managing daily activities to wanting to change career, to learning new skills and techniques for managing your overall wellbeing, or anything in between!

Group sessions- £5-£7.50 per session Befriending- £17.50 per hour Coaching/ Counselling- £40 ph (student and benefit discounts available- £20 ph with proof/ ID)
