Emmaus - Well Being Hubs

We offer a range of FREE to access Well Being Hubs in venues across Ipswich and Felixstowe. Just drop in when we are open, we would love to say hello and the kettle is always on.

Monday:

Meet up Monday 12.30 to 4pm at our Ipswich Town Centre workshop at 44 Carr Street, Ipswich

Tuesday:

 Drop In 9.30am to 11 am at our Ipswich Town Centre workshop in 44 Carr Street, Ipswich

Wednesday:

Drop in 10.00 am - 12.30pm at 44 Carr Street, Ipswich

Drop in 2pm - 4pm at 44 Carr Street, Ipswich

Kids & Carers Club 10am-12pm at The Royal Oak, Ipswich - hub to meet other local families

Thursday: 

Kids and Carers Club 10.00 am to 12 pm - at the Royal Oak site, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich IP3.

Well Being Drop In 1pm - 4pm at our Royal Oak site, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich.

Friday: 

Drop in at 44 Carr Street 10am-12.30pm

Saturday: Mens Hub at the Royal Oak includes a free breakfast bap 10am - 12pm
