Campaign Against Living Miserably CALM

Calm logo

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is a leading charity to prevent male suicide which is the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK.

What we do

We provide support to boys and men who have hit a brick wall and need someone they can talk to about it.

We run a free and confidential helpline and webchat – 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about life’s problems. We support those bereaved by suicide, through the Support After Suicide Partnership (SASP).

We all go through tough times, whether it’s the break down of a relationship, losing a job, or feeling like a failure when good things are happening to other people. Whatever your dealing with, if you can't talk to your mates or family about it - don't face it alone - talk to us.
