Sudbury Advice Centre
The Sudbury Advice Centre is able to give advice and guidance on County Council, District Council and Town Council services. Application forms, literature and service details are available at the advice centre.
Payments can be made for district council and town council services by cheque (cash not accepted), for example Council Tax, rent, excess charges for parking, pest control etc., during office opening hours. If customers’ documents are required to support an application, staff are able to copy the documents and return them straight away before the application is considered. (e.g Benefits application forms)
Certain enquiries may require the attention of a specific officer. If so, an appointment can be arranged at the office in advance.
Bus passes and travel vouchers for the elderly and disabled are available for those who qualify, as well as rail cards (at discounted price).
