The Young Persons Theatre Project

The Young Person's Theatre Project has been designed to develop a greater understanding of the performing arts for young people between the ages of 6-19 years old.

Our performance curriculum for children, teens and young adults is centred on building confidence, self-esteem and encouraging them to work as part of a team. Most importantly the teaching staff are there to inspire.

We work in purpose-built theatre studios in Ipswich, Suffolk, with professionally trained actors, dancers and singers. Our aim is to develop the skills of the young performer. Our hope is that with this, some of our students will go on to further their performance professionally.

Days & Times

Classes are held on a Saturday morning between 10am - 1pm during term times. All classes take place within the performing arts block of the college, which includes the use of the fully equipped dance studio and the two purpose-built theatres.
