Eating Peer Support Group - Ipswich

EPSI logo

This peer group aims to be a safe place for anyone exploring recovery from eating distress.

We are an inclusive non-judgemental peer support community for anyone aged 18+ and their carers/allies.

I each group we discuss different topics relating to eating distress, mental wellbeing, and self-help techniques. These topics are chosen by the group.

Everyone is given the opportunity to contribute as much or as little as they feel comfortable.

Our hope is that members of the group will increase their confidence in managing their eating and will have a positive impact on their wellbeing and general quality of life.

Anyone over 18+ can join our group. You must respect the group rules - not dicussing numbers (such as BMI and calorie values)

We are a peer support network designed to reduce isolation, help confidence in managing wellbeing, and recieving support within a safe and nurturing environment held by mutually respected group rules.
We cannot help with specialist medical advice or treatment, but can offer supplementary support alongside any support that you are recieving.
