Ecotherapy improves people's physical and mental health by gently inceasing their activity levels, people also make new friends and can receive peer support from others. Being on an allotment gives people the chance to learn about gardening and take notice of the changing seasons - while contributing to a thriving growing space that benefits everyone.
Suffolk Mind have five allotments plots all of which offer a supportive, enjoyable and relaxed environment.
Bury St Edmunds plot:
A plot on the popular Cotton Lane site which offers people the opportunity to learn about gardening and contribute to the creation of a thriving growing space that benefits everyone. We meet on Friday mornings.
