Mindfulness Training Groups

General Details

Being well in Suffolk is dedicated to delivering Mindfulness training to the local community via the traditional, evidence-based 8 week group format.

We currently run 3 groups a year for the public from Framfield house Medical centre and 3 courses per year from Quay place, Key St, Ipswich

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapist MBCT / MBSR Martin Wilks, delivers bespoke mindfulness training to groups and organisations. 

Support for relapse prevention for Depression & tools for Stress, Pain & Anxiety management.

Self referrals taken from people wishing to manage: depression, anxiety, stress, chronic pain and many other chronic conditions

Many mental health & well-being practitioners have attended these course as accessible CPD (continuing professional development) courses, as well as resilience building against front-line burnout potential
