River Waveney Trust

The River Waveney Trust was formed in 2012 with a vision to ensure that the waters, habitats and catchment of the river are healthy for wildlife and people.

We aim to achieve this by working in partnership on a range of projects which will protect, enhance and promote the river and its catchment.

Projects include natural flood management, habitat creation, river restoration, reducing pollution, improving public access and education.

We are proud members of the national umbrella organisation for river charities in the UK and Ireland - The Rivers Trust.
