Coronavirus Support

We are currently following Covid-19 pandemic advice from the UK Government. Whilst we are unable to offer face to face support due to social distancing, we have developed a vast range of services that are available digitally via video conferencing, telephone or email. Please touch base with the relevant contact listed below for more information on what support we can continue to offer you in these trying times.

General Details

The Fyffe Centre is a direct-access supported accommodation scheme providing low to medium support to homeless, vulnerable and socially-excluded adults aged 18yrs+, comprising of 27 single rooms. Each resident is assigned a keyworker, and together they develop a support plan to help the individual address their housing and support needs. Our commitment to helping people turn their lives around involves support on areas such as substance misuse, mental health support, money management and skills development.

We offer residents an opportunity to help out at our allotment project to grow produce which supplies the kitchen with seasonal produce. Residents also get the opportunity to be involved in Mindfulness workshops,

Referral required?
Referral and availability notes

To be considered for The Fyffe Centre, a Suffolk HRS Referral will need to be made online at This form can be filled in by a professional wishing to refer a customer they work with to our project or adults can self refer.

The form is then sent directly to Suffolk HRS who will send us a notification to say someone has applied. We will look at the referral and make a decision to see if the person is suitable for the support provided at The Fyffe Centre. If this is the case they will be accepted on to our waiting list and we will contact them to arrange an assessment interview once we have a vacancy available.

Age Groups
Service users involved in planning
We hold monthly customer meeting where residents can speak to staff about what they would like to see change at The Fyffe Centre. We also have two resident reps who will be the main point of contact if some residents do not want to talk to staff face to face regarding an issue.
